A Norwegian police unit is crossing a frozen lake somewhere in Sweden.
Line-up! The police units certainly got trained in military discipline! Todays order is barked across the small field.
By 1944, 7000-8000 men had been trained in Sweden. The reason for this crowd gathering is the 17.may, the Norwegian constitution day!
In addition to the Norwegian flag, we can see the American, French, English, Polish, Chinese and another unidentified flag (Perhaps Russian. ) Beneath the flags is the wording "Vi vet hva frihet er" or roughly translated "We know what freedom is" 
Note that the Swedish flag is not present..
The text following this picture is: 
(translated) "Made by the "boys" in the occation of 17. may 1944." 
It is a V for Victory with a Haakon VII sign above.
